Job Title: Architect

Location: Portland, Maine

Job Description: We are seeking a registered architect with a minimum of 7 years' experience and the ability to drive and expedite multiple fast paced smaller projects primarily in the range of $.5M to $3M in the retail banking, corporate office and healthcare markets.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high level of communication and organizational skills to manage and guide end users and to coordinate and oversee the assembly of construction documents in-house and with consultants.

Requirements: Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and SketchUp is preferred.

Job Title: Education Studio Leader

Location: Portland, Maine

Job Description: A registered Architect with 10 years (minimum) of experience in designing for education with public and private K-12 school clients. We are seeking an individual that is passionate about designing for education. The ideal candidate must have superior communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, marketing experience, a track record of having guided projects from beginning to end, experience with site selection and master planning, working with department of education, developing and implementing design concepts, building and working within budgets, and working with communities towards a successful referendum. Architectural license in Maine or the ability to obtain one quickly through reciprocity required. CEFPI/AIA CAE/ACTE membership or accreditation is a plus.
