Brian M. Curley, AIA, LEED AP, has been elected to a two-year term on the Board of Directors of the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA). An architect who specializes in corporate, institutional, and interior design, Brian has been serving on MEREDA's Legislative and Conference Committees.
PDT's most active office and retail architect, Brian has also designed both single-family and congregate housing in the past year. Many of his projects use his background in historic preservation to adapt older buildings for new life in retail, banking, offices, housing, or mixed-use. As project manager for the Learningsmith retail store rollout, he managed the design and construction of sixty-seven stores nationwide over three years.
