Maine Criminal Justice Academy
Vassalboro, Maine 2001Situated on a landmark site in the English Tudor buildings of the former Oak Grove-Coburn School, Maine Criminal Justice Academy is a training facility for law enforcement officers. Renovations and additions total 125,000 sf, including dormitory space for 125. Special functions include a tactical center and a lecture hall as well as classrooms and administrative, library, and food service space. The tactical center accommodates police vehicles for mock crime-scene training.
