The new development is located one block from the center of town and along a 50-mile rail trail that has become a major recreational element in the region. Borrowing from the architectural styles of the community, contemporary buildings create the edges of a new square. With retail on the first floor and residential on the second and third, this gateway square encourages local shopping and biking.
