Sappi Fine Paper

This 3-phase project for owner J. B. Brown started with a complete exterior and interior renovation of an operations center that PDT had designed in the 1980s. Working with the tenant, Sappi Fine Paper, PDT designed a data center, new entry, and offices in Phase 1, and then a Phase 2 main entry, office, and conference room addition. Phase 3, a second addition for another tenant, is planned.
