Portland, ME 2005
PDT worked within the limitations of a pre-engineered metal building system to produce a very efficient and cost-effective shell and core. In order to give the building a corporate image, PDT used brick and a continuous window band across the exterior, with entry points delineated by anodized aluminim. The interior remains open and flexible in case it is ever subdivided.
