50 Sewall Street

Portland, ME 2006

50 Sewall Street, a medical office building designed for Olympia Equity Investors, has been pre-certified by the LEED-CS (core and shell) pilot program and will be, to our knowledge, the first LEED-certified office building in Maine. Among its LEED credits will be a heat-recovery system, bike storage and showers, a tenant education program, reduced light pollution, water-efficient fixtures, a white, high-albedo roof, recycling of construction materials, and use of certified lumber and materials with recycled content.
