Relocating from a 25,000-s.f. space to a 10,000-s.f. space next door allowed the retailer to assess its business practices and focus its message through the planning and design. Fresh finishes are anchored in the center by a reading area and in the back by a new café. Floating ceiling planes, plenty of natural light, and higher ceilings give customers the impression that it's a bigger store.
