Current project

This three-unit live/work project consists of commercial or studio space on the first floor and living space on the second and third floors. The ground-floor spaces have large glazed store windows appropriate for small businesses or artisans who want to demonstrate their work. Special attention is being paid to high-performance construction, low-maintenance materials, and innovative energy systems. These units are planned to act as a small hub of street activity, bringing new vitality to Main Street and connecting to the riverfront.
