Avesta Housing     Current project

This 16-unit condominium project, on the site of the old Marada Adams Elementary School on Munjoy Hill, mixes 2- and 3-bedroom units in a project designed to be affordable for working families. The project includes a new park to be donated by Avesta Housing to the city.
