Discover Your Passion at PDT Architects,
A CHA Company

At PDT Architects, we focus on community-based architecture—rooted in community ideals and responsive to the landscape and local architecture. We have a lot of experience and just celebrated our 40th anniversary. We work in teams and collaboration is instrumental to every project. We place a high value on design. And we combine art and science to rethink, refine and reshape the built environment. We work hard, but also take time to have fun and volunteer in our communities.

We’re looking for professionals who share these values and want to work with passionate, creative designers who strive to responsibly improve the world we live in.

Our home base is Portland, Maine, located just two hours north of Boston. Portland sits on the ocean, has a world class museum, great neighborhoods, amazing schools (many that we’ve designed), and has been named Bon Appetit's 2018 Restaurant City of the Year.
