Hand renderings of key areas communicate the design intent to the client and the public during early design phases.

Multiple site master plans offer a variety of solutions and help prioritize development goals.

The lobby will connect the two classroom wings, learning commons, maker spaces, dining commons, and student services. A central stair with visibility and daylighting will celebrate student activity.

This approved site plan shows the new school in orange and the new track and football field where the old school will be demolished. The resulting design minimizes disruptions to students, protects and enhances the natural context, and provides a safe and accessible facility.

Energy modeling at key milestones keeps high performance goals on target during design.

The new 950-student high school for MSAD #75 is in the design phase, following an extensive community planning process involving citizens, students, and families from the communities of Topsham, Harpswell, Bowdoin, and Bowdoinham.  MSAD #75’s decision to stay on their existing campus will allow the new high school to continue its relationship with the middle school on a central site with abundant natural features.
