Brian M. Curley, AIA, LEED AP

Brian M. Curley, AIA, LEED AP, president of PDT Architects, is also a vice president of the Maine Real Estate and Development Association (MEREDA) and received its President's Award in 2013 and 2015. An architect who specializes in corporate, institutional, and interior design, Brian has been serving on MEREDA's Legislative and Conference Committees.

PDT's most active office and retail architect, Brian has also designed both single-family and congregate housing in the past year. Many of his projects use his background in historic preservation to adapt older buildings for new life in retail, banking, offices, housing, or mixed-use.
